Conditions for a Return
Item/s must be posted back within 21 days of receipt. Any item/s posted back after 21 days of receipt, will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Item/s must NOT be worn, altered, or washed. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, animal hair, rubbing off onto the garment/s. Any garment/s returned with any of the above, will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Item/s must be returned in the original condition item was sent (i.e., cleanliness, tagging, labeling). Item/s returned NOT matching the original condition item was sent will NOT quality for a refund and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NON-refundable.
Packages that arrive C.O.D. may be denied or the C.O.D. amount will be deducted from your return.
Please note that any Mask purchased is NON-returnable & NON-exchangeable. For all bridal gown returns, a non-refundable restocking fee of $35.00 will automatically be deducted from your return.
How to Send Your Return
- Pack your item/s in all original packaging, and securely close package

- Adhere the shipping label to the package and drop-off at your nearest USPS
Please allow seven (7) business days from when your return is delivered to our warehouse to process your return. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation refund email. Please note your refund may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
In order to service you most effectively, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you must return your original order and place another order securing the style/color/size you would like to purchase.
