Did you buy a BRIDESMAID or SPECIAL OCCASION style?

Customers within the continuous 48 states:

BRIDESMAID and SPECIAL OCCASION styles are eligible for ONE (1) EXCHANGE ONLY. These styles are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, and you cannot exchange merchandise more than one (1) time. 

Item/s must be posted back within fifteen (15) days of receipt.  Any item/s posted back after 15 days of receipt will no longer qualify for an exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Item/s must NOT be worn, altered, or washed.  Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, animal hair, rubbing off onto the garment/s. Item/s must be returned in the original condition item was sent (i.e., cleanliness, tagging, labeling). Item/s returned NOT matching the original condition item was sent will NOT qualify for an exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If you would like to make a one-time exchange, please email our customer service team at hello@katiemay.com. You will be charged a $15.00 flat rate for shipping to exchange the item/s.

Did you buy a MASK?

For safety reasons, all MASK styles are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

 

Did you buy a KATIE MAY BRIDAL or NOEL & JEAN BY KATIE MAY BRIDAL gown?

KATIE MAY BRIDAL and NOEL & JEAN BY KATIE MAY BRIDAL styles are eligible for returns.

You will be charged the full return shipping amount, along with any duties, taxes and customs fees. Katie May is NOT responsible for any of these charges. For all bridal gown returns, a non-refundable restocking fee of $35.00 will automatically be deducted from your return.

 

Did you buy a VEIL?

For hygienic reasons, all VEIL styles are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

 

 

    Processing Time

    Please allow seven (7) business days from when your return/exchange is delivered to our warehouse to process your return/exchange.  Once your return/exchange is processed and your refund or replacement merchandise is issued, you will receive a confirmation refund email.  Please note your refund may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
