Did you buy a SALE style?

All SALE items are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Did you buy a MASK?

For safety reasons, all MASK styles are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Did you buy a LITTLE WHITE DRESS style?

LITTLE WHITE DRESS styles are eligible for returns. 

Item/s must be posted back within fifteen (15) days of receipt.  Any item/s posted back after 15 days of receipt will no longer qualify for an exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Item/s must NOT be worn, altered, or washed.  Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, animal hair, rubbing off onto the garment/s. Item/s must be returned in the original condition item was sent (i.e., cleanliness, tagging, labeling). Item/s returned NOT matching the original condition item was sent will NOT qualify for an exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If you would like to return a LITTLE WHITE DRESS style, please email our customer service team at hello@katiemay.com. You will be charged the full return shipping amount, along with any duties, taxes and customs fees. Katie May is NOT responsible for any of these charges. For all LITTLE WHITE DRESS returns, a non-refundable restocking fee of $15.00 will automatically be deducted from your return.

Did you buy a FULL-PRICED EVENING style?

FULL-PRICED EVENING styles are eligible for returns.

Did you buy a VEIL?

For hygienic reasons, all VEIL styles are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

    Processing Time

    Please allow seven (7) business days from when your return is delivered to our warehouse to process your return.  Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation refund email.  Please note your refund may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
