Our goal is to have a dynamic team, capable to work on core responsibilities as well as new responsibilities based on the needs of the business #AGILITYRULES.
We are looking for a team member to join our sales force that provides the highest caliber of customer care for meaningful partnerships and sales growth within our wholesale division. This position requires a high level of self-motivation and drive, responsibility in the division, and high level of care for the prosperity and capabilities of our team and partners alike. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales to the division and support all of the stores that carry Katie May. #YOUREABIGDEAL


  • Consistently increase sales revenue
  • Increase our wholesale partner base
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to our approved wholesale accounts
  • Be point of contact for customers and internal departments for wholesale
  • Process orders in AIMS system
  • Prepare shipments and ship completed orders
  • Process and prepare return authorizations and credits
  • Handle freight claims
  • Generate and distribute weekly status reports to internal team analyzing division performance and suggesting opportunities to increase business
  • Generate and distribute monthly sales reports to customer base with suggestions on growth opportunities and areas of improvements
  • Provide customer base with sales tools and training as frequently as needed
  • Fulfilling of duties that arise and are assigned by the General Manager


  • 3+ years of wholesale sales required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to plan well and prioritize work
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Computer literate: proficient in email, Excel, and Google Drive, knowledge of EDI is a plus
  • Self-motivated: ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently
  • Achievement-orientated: aggressive & competitive
  • Autonomous: doesn’t need your hand held and/or be under someone’s wing
  • Innovative: creative with new ways to sell/connect to customer base to increase revenue, okay challenging the norms and going against the grain
  • Dependable: a dedicated team member to contribute the sales/customer service/shipping team as well as the organization
  • Adaptable/agile: enjoys doing work in a field that requires frequent shifts in direction
  • Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking
  • High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ referrals required
